HHC on my BlackBerry is not syncing automatically, on the schedule I set on the Sync Schedule Tab in HHC Settings in ACT! on my computer.
For Handheld Contact on the BlackBerry to sync on the automatic schedule, one of the HHC applications on the device must be OPEN. If HHC is closed, HHC on the BB is not syncing.
