Upgrading the Handheld Contact client on your BlackBerry
Upgrade Handheld Contact on your Blackberry as follows.
- Open your BlackBerry Internet Browser.
- Go to www.handheldcontact.com/ota.
- Follow the link that appears as "Download version x.x.x.x", where x.x.x.x is the latest version number.
- If you your device is not supported, you will not not be able to download Handheld Contact.
- Click Download.
- You are prompted with a message reading "Application "HHC" already exists. Replace version "x.x.x.x" with "x.x.x.x"?".
- Click Yes to update Handheld Contact.
- Once the download has finished, reboot your Blackberry to complete the upgrade.
