How can I figure out if there is data ready to be synced to my BlackBerry or to my ACT! computer?

To help you monitor the wireless sync process between ACT! on your computer and handheld, Handheld Contact offers a My Account web page giving you real-time statistics on your sync status. Here's how to check your Sync Status:



Here are times when it is useful to consult the Handheld Contact Account Status Page:
  • You are in the process of doing an initial data load of ACT! data to your BlackBerry and want to confirm the number of contacts sent or remaining to be downloaded by your BlackBerry.
  • If you make changes in ACT! then hit the Sync Now button in ACT!, to confirm how many changes were sent by your computer to be downloaded by the BlackBerry
  • If after your computer has been turned off for sometime and you have been using Handheld Contact on your BlackBerry, you want to know how many changes are remaining to pulled in by ACT! on your computer.
