BlackBerry has locked up, pressing keys or using the trackwheel and/or the escape key does not do anything.
If your BlackBerry locks up in HHC or any other application, you can solve this problem by performing a soft-reset.
To perform a soft-reset hold down the ALT key (half-moon key), the CAP key (to the RIGHT of the space bar), and the DEL key (to the right of the 'L' key). After hitting the keys mentioned above, the BlackBerry will restart, showing an hour glass during this time.Last update: 2006-03-02 11:32
