I can no longer get the HHC app to load AT ALL on my iPhone. It used to function flawlessly. The HHC program (version 4.2.9.1) syncs just fine with my ACT! program on my PC. (ACT! Premium Version 21.0.295.0, Update 4) But, as stated in the first sentence of this paragraph, I can no longer get the HHC app to load AT ALL on my iPhone. STEPS ALREADY TAKEN: 1) I deleted the the HHC app from my iPhone since it would not even open and load. This action was recommended on the Support section of the Handheld Contact website, on which I am writing now. 2) I CAREFULLY followed the instructions as given in the Support secion of the Handheld Contact website, by first initiating a "Resend All Data to Handheld" under "Maintenance" on the HHC PC program. 3) Then, following the Support instructions further, having already deleted the HHC iPhone app, I went onto the Apple Store and downloaded the HHC app for iPhone -- during the "Resend All Data to Handheld" sync -- and, as instructed, then sought to open the HHC iPhone app in order to sign in with my HHC User Name and Password. 4) But, as stated in the first sentence of this paragraph, THE HHC iPhone app WOULD NOT EVEN OPEN AND LOAD. 5) I have since repeated this entire process NUMEROUS TIMES, all to absolutely no avail. The HHC iPhone app won't open long enough for me to enter my User Name and Password. It (the app) simply pops up and immediately closes. ANY SUGGESTIONS OUT THERE?? - Wondering Walter
